General Nursing and Midwifery (G.N.M) (or)
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing

Experience

6 months of clinical work experience Post Nursing Registration

Language Requirements:

OET: “B” Grade in All modules except in writing it can be C+
IELTS Academic: Overall 7 Bands and each module 7 Bands except in writing it can be 6.5 Bands
Clubbing Scores are accepted, provided if 2 exams are completed within 12 months and met the conditions.

South Molton Hospital

Responsibilities:

Provide specialized wound care to patients in their homes
Play a vital role in managing patients with chronic conditions
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health needs
Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet patients' needs
Responsible for administering medications to patients in their homes
Support patients and their families through palliative and end-of-life care
Maintain detailed records of patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
Promote health and well-being by providing education and guidance on healthy lifestyles, disease prevention, and self-care management.
