Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurses to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-quality mental health care to the patients.
Responsibilities:
Maintain medical records
Assess patient health problems and needs
Develop and implement nursing care plans
Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients’ conditions
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
Direct or supervise less experienced nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise a particular unit.
Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
